i suppose on the brighter side, by returning back east under unfortunate circumstances, it also meant i got to hang out with my mom’s horse.

her name is nikki and she is a pinto/quarter horse. by next summer we’ll be able to ride her…

the burial.

on august 29th my gramma (peggy ford) past away. as difficult as this has been for me and my family, the idea that she is now laid to rest and reunited with my grandfather, the one and only love of her life, (who pasted away 21 years earlier) makes me so incredibly happy that  i cannot help but feel selfish being sad… she waited, selflessly, 21 years to ensure that her children, and gandchildren, were grown up, stable, and remained closer than ever, before leaving us and returning to my grandfather. and for this i’m grateful.

here are some photos of my family of the burial.(i should also mention that it was about 36 degrees out in montreal summer hummidity)

RIP.
